My new favorite form of Cardio

During this quarantine, I have created in hobbies and past times. I normally walk as a form of cardio before my exercise circuits. My husband purchased me a bike and I was hesitant at first because I hadn’t been on a bike since the 6th grade. Even then, I wasn’t the most skilled rider. Then one day, I decided to take a chance. It was a little wobbly at first.  But within a few petals, I was okay. I ended up riding 3 miles that day! Since then, bike riding has been my favorite part time. I grab my Waist Defining Belt, Fanny pack, cap and headphones. I turn on my Jeezy Radio Station on Pandora and go. It’s where I find clarity, peace and clear my mind. If only for 20-30 minutes. It’s my alone time and I enjoy every minute of it.
